The Auroria extraction unit meets the highest requirements. Modern and equipped with many technical raffinesses, it offers safe and clean milling.Thanks to the ergonomic handpiece shape and a diameter of only 17 mm, even working in pen posture is comfortably possible.

The powerful light source ensures pleasant working conditions even in poor ambient light. To access the preferred speed quickly, you have the option of calling it up at the touch of a button directly on the handpiece .

Small diameter for comfortable posture. The suction handpiece has a diameter of only 1 mm.
Thanks to the ergonomic handpiece shape , working in a pen position for a long time is also possible without fatigue.

Comparison of clamping systems

The handpiece has a unique clamping system. Pressing the  button öffnets the collet inside. The fiber can now be inserted without any resistance at all . This is especially important with very small and sharp-edged cutter heads to avoid injuries. By pulling back the button, the cutter is firmly clamped and holds even at high speeds. The firm hold also allows the cutters to run with low vibration.Conventional clamping systems with automatic clamping, on the other hand, work with a mechanism in which the cutters wedge under load by means of rollers . With these systems, the cutter cannot be inserted without resistance. They are also far more sensitive to small tolerance deviations of the cutters. The result is often higher vibration and lower holding force.

The use of different Dämmstoffe makes it possible to make a wide range of sound frequencies quieter. After all, neither a high-pitched beep nor a dull hum should disturb the treatment.

Conventional suction turbines work with so-called brushed motors. The brushes grind on the rotating motor shaft and wear out in the process. The technology has been proven thousands of times, but has the disadvantage of brush wear and a larger and heavier construction.

The hadewe exhaust turbine is based on a technology without brushes. This is also used in modern computer fans, for example. The advantage is less wear and a significantly lower weight.

• Changing the filter bag

As soon as the display shows you the filter change, all you have to do is öff nen the side flap and insert a new filter. The filter chamber is easily accessible and easy to öff n thanks to the magnetic holder.

The filter bags correspond to filter class M and are tested according to BIA.

Easy to clean

Easy and quick maintenance by the user is an important feature of our handpieces. The chuck can easily be removed for cleaning. Simply loosen the tip and then rotate the chuck out of the handpiece. The process takes less than a minute.
