1.Shipping

We ship with freight forwarding and DHL!

Forwarding shipments (from 30 kg)

The delivery by forwarding is insured, standard insurance up to 2000 euros or if necessary or at a higher order value, the insurance sum is of course automatically increased by us. The delivery is made on a Euro pallet, so that transport damage to the goods is avoided. The goods are firmly lashed to the Euro pallet by our shipping staff, thus ensuring that your goods cannot be thrown. Transport damages are minimized by this almost up to 0 %. In case of transport damages, please note this on the waybill of the forwarder and contact us by phone. In such a case we will help you immediately and send you a replacement for the damaged goods.

We let TNT notify you in advance by phone, i.e. you will receive a call from our forwarding agent to make an appointment, so it is guaranteed that you can receive your ordered goods.

Please have ready for the delivery, when ordering a cosmetic bed or a heavier article, carrying forces, because the forwarding agent delivers the goods only with one person. If there is no possibility to order a stretcher, it can be ordered from the shipping company.
The additional price for this can be inquired by telephone with us.

Parcel service shipments (up to 30 kg)

The delivery by parcel service is also insured, standard insurance up to 500 euros or if necessary or with higher order value the insurance sum is increased by us of course automatically. If there is a transport damage, please let the parcel service driver note this in writing and then contact us by phone. We will help you in such a case immediately and send appropriate replacement for the damaged goods. Please note that parcel service shipments can take up to 5 business days to arrive.

The shipping status of your shipment can be checked at any time by calling 035693-60 60 0 (toll-free hotline) or by sending an e-mail to sale@soleni-group.uk stating the invoice number assigned to you.

2.Shipping costs

The weight of a complete set is usually between 80-120 kg. The weight of a single couch is usually between 30-80 kg. The geanue shipping price can be seen shortly before confirming your order.

Please note that for orders from Switzerland VAT (8%) and a customs clearance fee will be added. These fees or taxes are due by the shipping company upon delivery.
