Comparison of clamping systems

The handpiece has a unique clamping system. Pressing the button öffnets the chuck inside. The fiber can now be inserted without any resistance at all . This is especially important with very small and sharp-edged cutter heads to avoid injuries. By pulling back the button, the cutter is firmly clamped and holds even at high speeds. The firm hold also allows the cutters to run with low vibration.Conventional clamping systems with automatic clamping, on the other hand, work with a mechanism in which the cutters wedge under load by means of rollers . With these systems, the cutter cannot be inserted without resistance. They are also far more sensitive to small tolerance deviations of the cutters. The result is often higher vibration and lower holding force.

Easy to clean
